I have paid the amount through train man but the process stuck after deduction of amount. Didn’t get the tickets. Also it is not showing under my bookings. please help. I have paid through tez app.
It might be due to the transaction failure at the time of booking.
You may write to the Trainman using the mail option in the Trainman app. You will hear back soon. Also you will get your refund automatically back into the same account which was used for the booking purpose.
I have already sent them a mail with the screenshot of the payment. How to avail refund?
