This is madhavarao, I am traveling in train no 18502 , my seat no B3 28,29 …I ordered food for dinner, they have provided rice meal very less quantity, poor service, rice and curry was too much cool but charged RS.100. my sister was pregnant how could she eat this kind of food. Food boy was acted very rude behavior. I don’t see like kind of service before.
Yes we are often forced to pay much more for the food in trains and even though the quality is not as per the price. Overcharging is also done on water bottles, cookies, chips etc.

Try to get as much details as you can – name of the vendor, platform no. at the station, your train details and PNR no. of your ticket, make the call and place your complaint.
