@sv_gopal_reddy Unfortunately, once you have been allotted a berth, you cannot change it . You should have chosen the option of lower berth while booking your ticket and if you did and still haven’t been allotted a lower berth, you could request your co-passengers to exchange berths with you given your health condition.
@sv_gopal_reddy Once PNR is generated or ticket is booked, one cannot change their berth as per their wish. All they can do is ask TTE to allot lower berth if there is any vacant one or can politely ask co-passenger to exchange berth. Usually co-passengers do cooperate and upon seeing your condition, they will not refuse.
