I booked a ticket in second seater which ends up in waiting list after chart preparation. Since I had only one passenger in my ticket and it’s a full waiting list. But it won’t cancelled automatically still now (after 12 hrs of train departured). I didn’t receive any message or mail regarding cancellation or refund. If I try to cancel manually it shows “no refund on cancellation”. Anyone help me to get my amount back.
